As Practice Manager at Riverside Vet, Erin Tilson ensures the clinic runs smoothly while fostering a positive, supportive environment for both the team and clients. Though new to veterinary medicine, she brings a passion for exceptional client care and staff well-being, believing that a happy team leads to better patient care.

With a decade of experience managing a successful coffee shop, Erin developed strong leadership and organizational skills that now help her oversee daily hospital operations, scheduling, and client relations. She also enjoys getting to know the pets that come through the doors.

At home, Erin has two Goldendoodles, Jewels (8) and Winnie (2), who are a big part of her family, along with seven chickens that provide beautifully colored eggs. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, and spending time with her husband and three kids. A classically trained violinist, she also has a lifelong love of fishing, from childhood catfishing with her dad to trout fishing with friends today.

Erin is dedicated to making Riverside Vet a thriving, welcoming space where pets and their people receive the best care possible.
