As our dedicated client liaison, she goes above and beyond to ensure that each client and their furry companions feel welcomed, valued, and supported.

With deep knowledge of our clinic’s services and a genuine interest in helping to strengthen the bond between clients and their fur babies, Michelle serves as a valuable resource, providing guidance and assisting clients in making informed decisions for their pets’ health.

Whether it’s scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, or addressing concerns, Michelle is dedicated to building trust, fostering open communication, and delivering exceptional customer care at every step of the journey.

Michelle has a Cane Corso named Rasmus and two cats – Sassy Sophie and Kitty Kardashian. She loves cleaning (how lucky are we?!), learning, travelling, trying new foods and successfully ran her first 5k in Orlando in 90F weather without expiring from heat exhaustion!
