Do I need to bring my patient records with me?
It is very helpful for us to have records beforehand.
We are happy to reach out to your veterinarian to get your recent records. When booking the appointment, please let us know who your vet is and we will reach out to them. You can also send us your records at heyfriend@riversidevetsc.com
What is your payment policy?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. We also accept Care Credit. Payment is due at time of service.
Do you accept Pet Insurance?
We proudly accept pet insurance to help ensure your furry family members receive the best possible care.
How long will the appointment take?
A typical appointment will take 30-45 mins. We also offer the convenience of drop-off appointments. In these cases, we can communicate with you by phone or chat to update you on your furry friend.
How can I get a refill on my pet’s prescription?
You can call us to request any medication refill. Our team and doctors will review your pet’s record and advise if any additional steps are needed prior to the medication refill.

Will you see patients with pre-existing conditions?

Does my dog need to be on a leash? Does my cat need to be in a carrier?
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must arrive and depart in an appropriate cat carrier.
