Riverside Vet has been an absolute blessing for my new puppy, Dolly. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the expert care provided by the veterinarians, every visit has been outstanding. The staff’s genuine love for animals is evident, and they go above and beyond to ensure Dolly feels comfortable. The thorough explanations of treatments and preventive care have been invaluable in keeping Dolly healthy and happy. I recently had two amazing experiences at this vet office. The first was with my injured Great Dane, Nyx. Upon arrival, we were quickly taken to a room, and they made sure my dog (and me) were comfortable. When Dr. Liza came in, she sat right down on the floor and took her time to be sure my dog was comfortable before examining her. She was so thorough and gentle with her the entire time and great in explaining all our options moving forward. Second, I came in with my tiny chi-mix puppy, Juneau. By nature, she is scared of new situations; this wonderful tech named Megan asked if she could hold her, and before I knew it, my little one was no longer shaking and snoozing away in Megan’s arms. The care and compassion of this entire office are so nice to see where a place cares for everyone involved. I am so happy I found them.

At the beginning of the visit, I was told the services that would be provided as well as the costs. I also received several follow-up phone calls after the appointment to check on my Baker. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the high level of care given to our dog by Riverside Vet. The office was extremely accommodating by fitting us in for a procedure the same day we called them. The team was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable in trusting them with our pet. Dr. Price is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about animal medicine. She gave us many options for treatment and performed a surgical removal with ease. I was very impressed with her professionalism and fun-natured personality. Riverside Vet will be our vet of choice in the future.

10/10. Don’t walk, RUN here with your fur babies. It makes my heart smile when they get on the floor and love on their sweet faces. From the first fretful phone call I made, I got calm reassurance and was not rushed to tell my story to the nurse and Dr. Price; everyone was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about making some decisions, getting educated on some final diagnoses with my old girl, and then getting my younger pup up to date. They listen, are compassionate about each situation, and treat customers gracefully and kindly. I feel confident in my decision to care for my older girl. We won’t go anywhere else.
